Our Weight Loss Program in Atlanta, GA

We Do Not Take Medical Insurance

As a private weight loss clinic, we do not submit claims to your insurance.

Our Nutrition and Weight Loss Programs Include:

Nutrition Assessment (2 Hours) and Three Follow-Up Appointments (30 Minutes)

Our weight loss program in Atlanta, GA, begins with an assessment to gather information about your weight, health history, genetics, eating habits, and goals. After this initial weight loss consultation, we will design a personalized meal plan that addresses your needs and lists examples of healthy meals and snacks.

We will also provide you with our signature “real life” success kit that includes:

  • Our Customized Daily Food Plan
  • Grocery Shopping Lists
  • Accurate Food Combinations
  • Restaurant Recommendations
  • Our Fast Food Guide

In addition, you will have three follow-up appointments with us. These sessions are crucial to the success of your weight loss program. We will weigh you, examine your food journals, and assist you with your weekly challenges. Our team will also modify your meal plan if needed and recommend the latest products as they arrive at your local grocery store.

Three Follow-Up Continuation Appointments (30 Minutes)

Should you wish to keep going with your program, our weight loss clinic offers follow-up continuation appointments to enhance your results. We highly recommend you schedule these weekly since accountability is vital; however, we understand this is unrealistic for everyone. As an alternative, we offer bi-monthly appointments.

During these sessions, we will do the same activities in your previous follow-up appointments, from monitoring your weight to recommending must-buy grocery items. We also offer sessions through email correspondence and phone consultation when needed.
